The awards keep coming for MSP, as Travel+Leisure magazine recently put the airport in the Top 10 in the United States.
In the World's Best Awards survey, readers weighed in based on their travel experiences. Airports were rated on access, check-in and security, restaurants and bars, shopping and design.
Opportunities for a quick workout are increasingly popular too, and one of the reasons mentioned by Travel+Leisure for MSP's top 10 placement. The airport has a 1.4-mile walking path in addition to treadmills that also serve as stand-up desks for travelers who want to get some work done while they walk.
MSP recently added 50 new concessions, and 30 more are in the works.
