CSAC forum July 26

The next customer service forum, a reoccurring program offered by the Customer Service Action Council, will be held on Thursday, July 26 at the new InterContinental Hotel. Hotel staff will provide a tour of the new facility and share insights about InterContinental’s customer service program.

If you are interested in attending, report to the Terminal 1-Lindbergh mezzanine, located above the ticketing (departures) level, by 1 p.m. Buses will be available to provide transportation to the new hotel. â€‹
